Our commitment
Lisanga Space is built on the idea that everyone should feel welcome, valued and seen. A community that isn't reachable isn't welcoming, so accessibility is part of how we build, both this website and the rooms we gather in.
On this website
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
- Content is readable without JavaScript, and animation is disabled for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
- Text contrast, form labels and headings follow WCAG 2.1 AA.
- The whole site is available in English and French.
At our gatherings
- Every event listing says which language it runs in.
- We choose venues with step-free access wherever we can, and say so when we can't.
- Tell us what you need when you register and we will try to arrange it.
